Stringing FAQ

How often should I restring?

A good rule of thumb: restring as many times a year as you play per week. Play three times a week? Aim for about three restrings a year. Strings lose tension and feel well before they break — especially polyester.

What tension should I choose?

Lower tension generally gives more power and comfort; higher tension gives more control. Not sure where to start? Tell us your racket, your current string and how it feels, and we'll dial it in.
