Shipping policy
We ship across Canada from our shop in Kelowna, BC.
Rates
- Free shipping on orders over $150, anywhere in Canada.
- Under $150, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of the order.
- Local pickup is free.
Local pickup
Choose pickup at checkout and your order is usually ready within 1 business day. We'll email you when it's waiting. Collect it at 14-1771 Cooper Road, Kelowna — bring your order confirmation.
Processing and delivery
Orders are packed within one to two business days. Transit time after that depends on the carrier and where you are; you'll get tracking by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Rackets you've asked us to string take a little longer, since the frame goes on the bench before it goes in the box. We'll tell you when to expect it.
Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll get in touch to arrange re-delivery, which may mean paying shipping again.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking stops making sense, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll chase the carrier and sort it out.
Outside Canada
We don't ship internationally through the website. If you're outside Canada and want something, email us and we'll see what's possible.
Oversized items
Stringing machines and other large equipment ship by quote rather than standard rates. Get in touch before ordering.
