The Speed One X is the heavyweight of HEAD's Speed padel line — same one-hole hitting surface as the Speed One, but built up to 365 g so advanced and tournament players can push through the ball instead of getting pushed around by it.
That single large perforation in the face is the point of the One series: it cuts weight out of the middle of the paddle and moves it where it does more good, so the frame stays fast through contact while the 2D Carbon face keeps the response crisp. The teardrop shape puts the sweet spot high enough to attack with, and the extra mass adds plough-through on volleys and stability against hard, flat drives.
