HEAD Velocity Power 17 200m Reel - Black

HEAD Velocity Power is a multifilament built for players who want the racket to do more of the work. Bundles of fine filaments wrapped around a nylon core give the stringbed a soft, cushioned pocket that stores energy and returns it as easy depth — great for compact swings, doubles players and anyone who wants free power without the harsh feel of a poly. It's also one of the friendlier strings in the HEAD range for the arm and elbow.

The 17 gauge (1.25mm) is the thinner option — it lets the ball sink a touch deeper into the stringbed for extra pop, feel and grip on the ball, at the cost of some longevity. Black gives the racket a clean, stealthy finish and pairs well with darker frames.

This is the full 200m reel — enough for roughly sixteen racket jobs, and the most economical way to run Velocity Power if you string regularly, keep a team stocked or string for a club.
