PST Exempt - Children's Clothing & Footwear

Internal collection used for the British Columbia PST tax override. Children's clothing and footwear are exempt from the 7% BC PST (GST 5% only). Shopify tax overrides only accept manual collections, so products must be added here by hand — the "PST Exempt" product tag marks which ones belong.
